Terms of trade

As of 01/01/2016

1.     Payment of all Goods & Services strictly 20th of the month following receipt of Invoice/Statement.

2.     Method of payment as detailed at time of Sale unless otherwise arranged.

3.     Any quote is valid for 28 days from the quoted date. Subject to availability at the time of order.

4.     That all goods remain the property of AgPartsNZ Ltd until payment is made in full. The Company reserves the right to enter any property to uplift the said goods.

5.     That all claims and disputes are made to AgPartsNZ Ltd within 14 days. After this time a 10% handling fee will apply. Liability is limited to the goods supplied by us. No reimbursement whatsoever will be made for any other losses / costs incurred. Freight charges are non refundable.

6.     That under the terms of the Privacy Act (1 July,1993), that you authorise any person or company to provide us with such information as we may require in response to our credit enquiries. That you authorise us to furnish to any third party, details of this application and any subsequent dealings that you may have with us.

7.     That you undertake to pay the account in full on or before the Due Date. In default of such payment, you undertake to pay late payment fees of 2.5% above the base rate charged by the companies bankers on current overdraft facilities, calculated on a daily basis, on any amount outstanding.

8.     All costs and expenses which we may incur recovering outstanding debts from an overdue account shall be paid by the customer, including reasonable solicitor’s fees or debt agency fees.

9. You have the right to return any part that may be faulty, within 28 days of purchase.
